Dry Brushing

 Have you guys every heard of dry brushing?

Nope?

I bet you've heard of cellulite... or orange peel skin!

Well, other than exercise and controlling your food intake,

Dry Brushing can help to get rid of cellulites and even out orange peel skin too.

It increases blood circulation and... helps with your lymph drainage.

I mean, I know people likes massages, but it doesn't help much with exfoliating your skin.

Dry Brushing unclogs the pores on your skin, gets rid of those pesky dead skin cells and of course

your skin will feel smoother afterwards!

I have tried the normal dry brushes, and I have tried the ones with bristles made of cactus fibres.

Cactus fibres wins hands down.

You can feel the oomph while brushing, especially your thighs and bum (yes where all the cellulites are)

The Revival

3 years has passed since I wrote a proper post.

Athari's introduction last year did not count =)

I decided to revive this old blog, just because. It was decided during my morning walk yesterday.

Like, hey, let's start writing again. It will be cool for when Aurora and Athari is older, and they stumbled on this blog (hoping that blogs are still in the search engine).

I noticed that the layout is different and I have yet to figure out how to make everything centre, like how I'm used to writing.

Okay found it. It was hidden. Haha!

Let me give an update of my life in five points.

Number One

Hi I'm Izzati and I'm 34 years old. 

This blog was started back when I was 18.
Wow.

Number Two

I am now a stay at home mom, SAHM for short. 

Alhamdulillah. Dream achieved, thank you to Choms.

Finally managed to leave the world of an inhouse lawyer, after 8 years.

Number Three

Two children now, Aurora and Athari.

Not sure whether there will be a third. Choms would like a third, but all this while I have been telling him...

You see, the criteria to be filled in having a third child is: I want to be a SAHM, and I want a helper.

He has fulfilled those criteria for me, so there shouldn't be any problems.

I am now using his mother and the covid pandemic as my defence of not reproducing.

We'll see how far that goes.

Number Four

Choms and I are in the process of buying a house.

Well, Choms will be paying for it mostly, but I will still claim it as harta sepencarian once it is completed and I contribute my share of love and decoration towards the house!

Your money is also my money my love!

ahhahhaha

So I am using this blog to update on the progress of the house too, at times.

Number Five

I sold off my black CRZ named Kamarul Arifin.

Bought a CX-30 and named him Rahim Ali, but people call him Rahizzi.
